ShowFeed exists to move showing feedback from a buyer's agent to a listing agent to a seller — nothing else. We collect the minimum needed to do that: the listing agent's account details, the showing records they enter (a buyer agent's phone number, name if provided, and time of showing), and the feedback responses buyer agents choose to submit.

Texting rules, in plain English. A buyer's agent receives at most two automated texts about any showing — the request and one reminder — plus at most one manual nudge, only between 8am and 8pm local time. Replying STOP opts that number out instantly, permanently, across every ShowFeed customer. Reporting a wrong number does the same.

Anonymity. Feedback is anonymous to sellers by default. Buyer-agent names and phone numbers never appear on a seller report — structurally: the report simply has no access to them.

Retention. When an account closes, its data is retained for 90 days (so an accidental cancellation is recoverable) and then deleted. Voice notes and transcripts follow the same rule. The global opt-out list is the one thing kept forever — that's the point of it.

Sharing. We don't sell data. Service providers that move the product's data — SMS delivery, email delivery, transcription — receive only what they need to run each message.
