ShowFeed is a tool for licensed real-estate professionals to collect and share showing feedback. By using it you agree to the following.

You confirm the showing happened. Adding a showing asserts that the agent you're texting actually showed your listing and can reasonably expect a feedback request about it. Using ShowFeed to send unsolicited marketing is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

The anti-spam rules are hard limits, not settings: max two automated texts per showing plus one manual nudge, 8am–8pm local time only, and STOP is honored instantly and permanently across all customers.

Billing. The Pro trial runs 14 days with no card and downgrades to Free — never into a surprise charge. Cancel anytime from Settings in one screen. With no active listings you can pause for $0 instead. After cancellation your data is held 90 days, then deleted.

Content. Feedback is written by third parties; you may curate which quotes appear on a seller report, but aggregate counts always reflect all responses. ShowFeed is provided as-is, without warranty; our liability is capped at the fees you've paid in the past 12 months.

SMS program disclosure

Program: ShowFeed Showing Feedback — transactional text messages sent on behalf of real-estate listing agents to request feedback from an agent who showed their listing. Message frequency: up to 3 messages per showing (a request, at most one automated reminder, and at most one manual re-send), sent only between 8am and 8pm local time. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; STOP takes effect immediately and permanently across all ShowFeed senders.
